With RENDR’s Restore Center, you can restore archived projects and spaces yourself in just a few clicks—no need to contact support.
Archived items are never deleted, and restoring them brings back everything associated with them, including floor plans, photos, field notes, measurements, and other project data.
Why are items archived?
To keep RENDR running fast and responsive, spaces more than 60 days old are automatically archived.
Your data remains completely safe and can be restored whenever you need it.

How to Archive a Space or Project Yourself
You can also archive projects and spaces manually whenever you’d like to keep your workspace organized.
Open the Space/Project Details page.
Click the Options (•••) menu in the upper-right corner.
Select Archive Space/Project.
The space/project will be moved to the Restore Center, where it can be restored at any time.
Note: Manually archived spaces remain archived until you restore them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does restoring permanently bring the project back?
Yes. Once restored, the project or space becomes active in your account again. It will remain available unless you manually archive it or it later qualifies for automatic archiving based on RENDR’s retention policy.
Will I lose any photos or notes?
No. Photos, Field Notes, floor plans, measurements, and all associated project data are restored along with the project or space.
Can I restore just one space from a project?
Yes. When restoring a project, you’ll have the option to choose exactly which archived spaces you’d like to restore alongside it.
Can I restore spaces from my phone or iPad?
No, the Restore Center is currently only available on the web at cloud.rendr.com.
