How to Use the RENDR Web App

The RENDR Web App gives you access to your projects from any modern web browser. From your desktop, you can review scans, edit floor plans with Flex, manage projects, export data, collaborate with your team, and integrate RENDR with the software you already use.

To get started, visit:

Sign in using the same email address and password you use in the RENDR mobile app.

Accessing the Web App

Open your preferred web browser and navigate to:

After signing in, you’ll arrive at your project dashboard.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login screen.


Your Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub for managing projects.

From here you can:

  • View all of your projects

  • Search and organize projects

  • Open existing projects

  • Access spaces within each project

  • Start an Invite to Capture

  • Manage team projects (Admins)

Team administrators can also filter and view projects created by other members of their organization.


Opening a Project

Selecting a project opens all captured spaces.

For each space you can access:

  • Floor plans

  • Photos

  • Wall elevations

  • Measurements

  • Room information

  • Parameters and takeoff data (where available)

  • Flex editing tools

Everything captured in the mobile app is available from the web.


Edit Floor Plans with RENDR Flex

The web app includes the full Flex floor plan editor.

With Flex you can:

  • Edit existing walls

  • Draw new walls

  • Add Room Dividers

  • Place and edit doors, windows, and openings

  • Edit flooring areas

  • Move and resize objects

  • Review room measurements

  • Switch between 2D and 3D views

  • Export updated floor plans

View Photos & Elevations

Every captured space includes supporting documentation.

You can:

  • Browse project photos

  • Zoom into photos

  • View wall elevations

  • Review measurements

  • Inspect doors, windows, and openings

  • Print floor plans or PDFs for markup


Exports

Depending on your subscription and available integrations, you can export project data in several formats.

Available export options include:

  • PDF

  • DXF

  • Chief Architect

  • 2020 Design

  • ProKitchen

  • RENDR Archive

Some export formats may require additional software or subscription levels.


Integrations

RENDR integrates with leading remodeling and estimating software to streamline your workflow.

Depending on your account, available integrations include:

  • JobTread

  • Buildxact

  • Chief Architect

  • Additional supported platforms

Integrations allow project information, floor plans, photos, and measurements to move directly into your existing workflow.


Invite to Capture

Invite to Capture lets someone else perform the scan while the project remains in your RENDR account.

From the web app you can:

  • Create an invitation

  • Enter the recipient’s name and email

  • Send the invitation

  • Track completed scans

Once the recipient completes the scan, the project automatically appears in your account for review and editing.


Managing Your Account

The web app also allows you to manage your RENDR account.

Depending on your permissions, you can:

  • Manage team members

  • Assign seats

  • Update billing information

  • Manage subscriptions

  • Configure integrations

  • Update organization settings

Administrators have access to additional workspace management features.
