Overview
Most editing problems in Flex are caused by the floor plan geometry—not the editing tools themselves.
Walls define the structure of your project. From those walls, Flex automatically detects rooms, generates flooring areas, calculates measurements, creates elevations, and prepares exports.
When something doesn’t behave as expected, the problem is often a disconnected wall, an incomplete enclosure, or Flex intentionally preventing an edit that would create invalid geometry.
Before deleting walls or rebuilding a room, work through the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting: Flooring Doesn’t Look Correct
Flooring depends on the room geometry.
If the room changes, the flooring may also need to be reviewed.
