You can easily update your billing details, including your credit card information, through the RENDR cloud portal. Follow these steps:
Steps to Update Your Payment Method
Log in to your account
Visit cloud.rendr.com and enter your login credentials.Navigate to the Billing section
Once logged in, click on the “Billing” tab from the "Settings" dropdown.Access Payment Methods
Scroll down to the “Payment Methods” section and click on “View Methods.”Add or Remove Credit Card Information
To add a new credit card, click the “Add” button and enter the updated card details.
To remove outdated or unwanted payment methods, select the option to delete the corresponding card on this screen.
Changing Billing Email or Account Holder Information
If you need to update the billing email address or change the account holder name, these changes cannot be made through the portal directly. Please contact our support team for assistance:

Cancel Your Subscription
If you need to cancel your RENDR subscription, you can do so directly from the cloud portal.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your account
Visit cloud.rendr.com and enter your login credentials.Navigate to the Billing section
Once logged in, click on the “Billing” tab from the Settings dropdown.Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the option to “Cancel Subscription.”Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm
Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
