How to Update Your Billing Information on RENDR

You can easily update your billing details, including your credit card information, through the RENDR cloud portal. Follow these steps:

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to your account
    Visit cloud.rendr.com and enter your login credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Billing section
    Once logged in, click on the “Billing” tab from the main menu or dashboard.

  3. Access Payment Methods
    Scroll down to the “Payment Methods” section and click on “View Methods.”

  4. Add or Remove Credit Card Information

    • To add a new credit card, click the “Add” button and enter the updated card details.

    • To remove outdated or unwanted payment methods, select the option to delete the corresponding card on this screen.

Changing Billing Email or Account Holder Information

If you need to update the billing email address or change the account holder name, these changes cannot be made through the portal directly. Please contact our support team for assistance:
